International Workstyle Study
Situation: This international manufacturer wanted to understand more about the workstyles of its employees in order to determine technology requirements and inform communications policies. Flexility implemented an online survey with around 15% of employees, across two countries.
Results: We delivered a clear set of recommendations for five different profiles of worker, and provided an objective foundation on which to base future technology investments. In addition, we identified: ways to maximise use of existing resources, through reallocation of devices to those most in need; new policies to allocate right devices to right people; specific quick wins for different areas of the businesses. A number of initiatives had a 50 day payback period. In addition, we identified a significant opportunity to significantly reduce office space and improve face time the with customers.
