Empowerment: How are staff managed, appraised and rewarded? What level of support is provided? Have duty of care/staff satisfaction issues been fully addressed?
Space: What office space is really needed? How can space be designed to maximise team working? What help is required for home working? Where can savings be made?
Environment: How can the organisation reduce its impact
on the environment? Are staff incentivised and enabled to help these efforts?
Technology: Do the right people have the right devices?
Is there effective control and coordination of the ICT estate?
